THE PROBIZ Coliseum gates are being opened early on Saturday to give Castleford Tigers fans a chance to show their support for the team as they set off for the opening Stobart Super League clash at Salford.
With the game being the first-ever competitive fixture at the new Salford City Stadium, the Tigers expect to face a pumped up Reds team on their own patch and fans are invited to help inspire the Cas boys by showing them what victory in this game means to everyone.
The club is hoping to create a sea of black and amber as the players start their journey towards what they hope will be an opening night win.
Gates open at 1pm and the team coach is scheduled to leave at 2.30pm.
The Tiger Bar will be open with several offers and head coach Ian Millward (pictured) will give a short speech to supporters while members of the first team squad not involved in the fixture will be on hand to sign autographs and chat to fans as the excitement mounts.
For those fans wishing to travel on a Tigers official supporters’ bus, seats are priced at £10 and you can secure your travel now at the club shop, in Carlton Lanes, or at www.castigers.com
Meanwhile, any disabled supporters wishing to attend the Salford game must purchase their tickets directly from the Salford club by calling 08448880200. Tickets should be purchased in either the East or West Stand. However fans will be able to move into the away section on match day.
For disabled parking spaces fans should contact Elaine Bowers from Salford City Reds on 01618202610.
Carer tickets can still be obtained from the Tigers Den when purchased with a match day ticket.
Tickets for the game are priced at adults £20, seniors/students £15 and juniors £10. Junior season ticket holders may swap their away voucher in the club shop prior to the game.
