Featherstone Rovers chairman Mark Campbell and Tony Lumb will be seeking re-election to the club’s board of directors at the annual general meeting at Big Fellas Stadium on Wednesday, March 30 (6.30pm start).
Four directors will be elected at the AGM by a postal vote of all shareholders to serve for one year.
The retiring director Tony Lumb is seeking re-election. Mark Allen, Dave Downs and Peter Matthews have stepped down.
Three directors will be appointed by ‘A’ shareholders only at the AGM.
One elected director will serve for three years, one for two years and one for one year.
The retiring director Mark Campbell is seeking re-election. John Readshaw has stepped down.
Nominations for the position of director in either category must be received by Featherstone Rovers no later than February 26 together with the nominee’s willingness to stand.
Voting papers for the election of the four directors in the all shareholder category will be sent out immediately after the closing date, together with nominations for directors by ‘A’ shareholders.
In a letter to shareholders, it was stated that it was intended to table both the 2014 and 2015 accounts at the meeting. Copies will be available to all shareholders at the AGM or from the club office.
