Featherstone Rovers will hold their annual general meeting at Big Fellas Stadium on Thursday, March 20 (7.30pm).

Four director will be elected by a postal vote of all shareholder to serve for one year.

Retiring drectors Mark Allen, Dave Downs and Tony Lumb are all seeking re-election. Peter Matthews is seeking election in this category and Steve Wagner has stepped down.

Two directors will be appointed by ‘A shareholders only.

John Readshaw is seeking re-election and Paul Fowler has stepped down and has created a vacancy.

Nominations for the position of director in either category must be received at Big Fellas Stadium no later than February 20 together with the nominees willingness to stand.

Voting papers for the election of the four directors in the all shareholder category will be sent out immediately after the closing date together with the nominations of directors by ‘A’ Shareholders.

It is intended to table both the 2012 and 2013 accounts at the AGM.
