Jon Sharp has hinted at team changes for Featherstone’s home Championship game against Workington Town on Sunday.

The Rovers boss was unhappy with his side’s performance in Friday’s 35-10 defeat at Sheffield Eagles.

“I’ve got to look at the selection and look at some blokes not playing well enough,” said Sharp.

“We’ve been hit and miss in the last few weeks and individuals have been hit and miss. I am disappointed in some players.”

Rovers will again be without full-back Danny Craven (hamstring injury) who will be sidelined for around four weeks.

Ian Hardman will have a late fitness test after missing the last two games will a chest injury.

Sharp hopes Michael Channing will be fit for this weekend. The centre was stretchered off at Sheffield after collapsing.

“Channing just collapsed and they think it it might have been a delayed concussion,” added Sharp.

“He seems fine now. It looked bad but he was fine afterwards and he’s not reporting any symptoms of concussion so we are hopeful for him.”
