Featherstone Rovers have extended the ‘earlybird’ discount for 2015 season tickets until 5pm this Friday.
Rovers chief executive Pat Cluskey said: “Although the early-bird discount was due to finish last Saturday, the club has agreed to extend it until 5pm on Friday to allow those fans who don’t get paid until the end of the month the opportunity to take advantage of the early-bird price, although they will not be placed in the draw for the chance to be on the 2015 team picture.”
Mr Cluskey is delighted with season ticket sales.
After the initial earlybird deadline last Saturday, Rovers announced they had sold 619 tickets which equated to 84 per cent of the season tickets bought for 2014.
“To be able to announce figures such as these really finished a great week here at the Big Fella’s Stadium,” added Mr Cluskey.
“The previous Saturday we had 300 fans here for a behind the scenes tour with Mark Campbell followed by a very candid question and answer session with Mark and Andy Hay plus the first chance to meet our new signings for 2015.
“The response we received from those who attended was heart-warming and they had the opportunity to see first hand the club’s vision for the future and the hard work being undertaken by volunteers and staff alike to make this vision a reality.”
