Featherstone centre Misi Taulapapa will miss Sunday’s home Championship game against Whitehaven through suspension.
The Samoan international has completed a two-match ban for a dangerous throw on Dewsbury Rams forward Joel Farrell.
However, he was suspended for a further one match for kicking an opponent, with light contact, in the game against Halifax at Blackpool’s Summer Bash.
Rovers coach Jon Sharp was disappointed with the latest suspension.
“For me, it was never a ban,” he said.
“But ultimately they quoted his disciplinary record and the fact he was just coming off serving a suspension so his record went against him on their judgement.”
Sharp is set to field an unchanged side after last Sunday’s excellent display in a 16-12 defeat at leaders Leigh Centurions.
“It would be tough to drop anyone,” he added.
“We are trying to keep some stability in the team. I don’t want to chop and change things too much.”
Goalkicking winger Jamie Foster returned against Leigh after the RFL registration issue, which forced him to miss the previous week’s game against Swinton, was resolved.
