Zak joins Joe in England Knights squad

FORMER Featherstone Rovers and Featherstone Lions player Zak Hardaker has been called up to the England Knights squad for their autumn programme.

Hardaker, who scored a try for Leeds Rhinos in the Super League grand final on Saturday, joins two more former former Lions players - Hull FC’s Joe Westerman and Hull KR’s Liam Watts - in a 22-man squad that also includes current Castleford Tigers first team centre Joe Arundel, who started as a junior at Castleford Panthers.

The Knights will make their competitive debut against France at Leigh Sports Village on Saturday, October 15 (3pm).
