Ossett GP surgeries to merge later this year
Prospect Surgery and Church Street Surgery, which are currently run separately on the same site at Ossett Health Village, will share general practice from October.
The plans were revealed earlier this year and have come about because of a GP shortage.

Hide AdProspect employed five doctors in 2017, but that number has now reduced to one.
The merger, which was signed off by local NHS bosses on Tuesday, will see the practices collectively named Ossett Surgery.
Church Street GP partner Aly Damji said: “We would like to thank patients for taking the time to provide feedback about the proposal and we have taken all their comments on board as we move forward to establish one, single practice.”
