Havertop Lane reopens after man hit by car
A man has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car close to West Yorkshire Police’s Wakefield district headquarters.
The 25-year-old man was hit by a silver Toyota on Havertop Lane in Normanton at around 1.15pm this afternoon.
The road has now been reopened and the man has been taken to Pinderfields Hospital with minor injuries.
