Former Wakefield pub to continue as 21-bed HMO
An application submitted to Wakefield Council for a former pub to continue as a house of multiple occupancy has been approved.
The old Royal Sovereign on Wakefield Road, Normanton, was given permission in 2016 for a house to be shared by up to 21 people and a renewal application was submitted in February.
The pub had been shut for several years prior to the 2016 decision.
