Housing provider WDH has revealed plans to update and repair dozens of "outdated" properties on Esther Grove, Lupset.
If approved, the scheme would benefit 67 properties on the street, off George-A-Green Road, as well as nearby communal spaces.

Pedestrian spaces and green areas on the estate would also be updated, and new trees planted in the area.
Steps will be taken to make the street more accessible, with footpaths sloping gently where possible and new steps created with handrails if needed.
Around half of the properties have a garage, but these "vary significantly in quality, appearance and condition", the application notes.
It is hoped that the project will benefit the area by making driveways and garages more accessible and offering more parking options to residents.
